The Fiend with Twenty Faces

is a fictional character who serves as a recurring antagonist for Kogorō Akechi in Edogawa Rampo's mystery fiction. A gentleman thief, he is considered Akechi's archenemy or at least most famous adversary. He makes his first appearance in the ''The Fiend with Twenty Face'' published in 1936.
